Maximum Loan to Value (LTV) 65% (minimum purchase price $500,000)
Minimum loan amount is $300,000
Maximum loan amount is $1,000,000

INTEREST RATES:

50% Down Payment- 7.375%
40% Down Payment- 7.625%
35% Down Payment- 7.75%

Loans above $500,000 require 40% down and 7.875%
Loans above $800,000 require 50% down and a rate of 7.75%

Origination Fee 3.5% (Points)
Decreasing pre-payment penalty from 3% to 1% of loan amount over three years.

This is a flexible and well-priced loan.
Keep in mind that you are paying in dollars (your option) on a peso denominated loan. Which makes your effective interest rate about 8.99%

Minimum Loan amount: $280,000 MX Pesos ( about $27,000 USD)
Minimum Property Value $350,000 MX Pesos ( about $34,000 USD)
No Maximum, but further analysis on loans over $1 million USD.

Origination Fee 3%

Down Payment
10% for Mexican citizens
20% for U.S..S. or Canadian borrowers

RATES:
15 year 11.75
20 year 11.98

Pre-payment penalty 2.5%

Your payment will also include the cost of life, property and unemployment insurance and a servicing fee of about $14.00 USD.

A typical Payment based on a $2,000,000 MX PESO ($200,000 USD)
Assuming a ratio of 10:1 peso to dollar for example purpose only.

$2,388 US per month for the 20 year loan
$2,556 US per month for the 15 year loan

Remember this includes insurances and servicing fees.
