About Us

La Paz Lifestyle is a woman-owned mortgage and real estate consultancy.
Our broker, Susan Fogel owned her own mortgage/real estate brokerage company in California from 1992 until mid-2000 and has been in the mortgage/real estate industry for 20 years,

She holds a current California Real Estate Broker license and a Real Estate work permit in La Paz. During her California years, Susan developed a series of homebuyer workshops. In addition, she was a founding member of the San Jose Mercury News “Virtual Real Estate Forum,” an online and in-print consumer Q & A weekly column. She wrote a first-time homebuyer column for San Jose Metro Newspapers, and wrote and appeared in her own Real Estate segment for BAY/TV San Francisco. Susan has also written a series of real estate and general Mexican living articles for the Gringo Gazette and Baja Traveler.

Throughout her career, Susan has acted as a consumer advocate, ensuring that the buyer/borrower’s needs were put first.
